About Us

Moyle Primary School has a long history of having provision for children with Special Educational Needs, hosting classes for most the school’s history.

We have three classes as part of our Learning Support Centre, known as LSC 1, LSC2 and LSC3. Each class has approximately 12 pupils, ensuring that the pupils get the attention they need. The pupils follow a hands on practical curriculum, with the Northern Ireland Curriculum being adapted to the needs of the individual pupils.

Pupils are placed in the learning support centre in consultation with the Education Authority and a child needs to have a Statement of Educational Needs.

The Learning Support Centre is led by Mrs Marian Mann, our Vice-Principal.
